The Caroling Competition has become an eagerly awaited holiday tradition in the City of Coral Gables. It began in 1987 when the 550 Building first presented the City with it’s spectacular poinsettia tree LEARN MORE >
The Caroling Competition takes place over five nights on the steps of 550 Biltmore Way.
A total of six South Florida middle and high school choirs perform each evening.
The Caroling Competition is about supporting the arts. Virtually every dollar goes directly to provide funding for local school music programs. Over the years, Merrick Festival has provided over $250,000 in support.
You can be a part of the successes by getting involved at one of many levels of sponsorship.
The Caroling Competition is fortunate to have some of the best musical people in our community judging this event. They have a wide variety of skills and talents and many years of experience.
